The Winnebago Fire and EMS Building brings the Tribe’s Fire Department, EMS, Community Health Representatives (CHR), and Motor Vehicle Operators (MVO) together under one roof. Designed to enhance emergency response and collaboration, this modern facility reflects the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska’s dedication to safety, efficiency, and community resilience. The building is more than a facility; it’s a symbol of strength and unity. Through the use of precast concrete, the Tribe has created a lasting investment that honors heritage while protecting future generations.

Member precaster Molin provided both structural and architectural precast concrete for the facility. The load-bearing CarbonCast High Performance Insulated Wall Panels and non-insulated wall panels create a precast envelope offering strength, energy efficiency, and longevity.

Architectural panels feature a light etch finish and thin brick detailing, forming a triangular crisscross pattern that adds texture, depth, and symbolic meaning to the façade. This design showcases how precast can merge cultural identity with modern functionality.
