The board of directors of AltusGroup, Inc. — a collaboration of over two dozen precast industry innovators – has announced the election of Hagen Harker, President of Mid-States Concrete Industries, as its chairman. He will take over the position from Dave Schneider (High Concrete Group) and will serve a two-year term ending at the organization’s 2021 annual meeting.
Harry Gleich (Metromont) was re-elected as treasurer. Jason Pitcole (BASF) was elected as secretary.
The 2019 Annual General Meeting also confirmed other board members: Brian Laufenberg and John Leatham (Chomarat NA), Peter Gay and Aaron Fink (Oldcastle Infrastructure), Lance Lorah and Dave Schneider (High Concrete Group), Tom Kelley (Gage Brothers) and Andrew Levatte (Strescon Limited).
Since AltusGroup’s inception in 2003, this exclusive partnership has grown from five founding members to 17 member companies in North America, two international affiliates in Europe and nine Innovation Partners.
