CarbonCast® Enclosure Systems and Double Tees use advanced technology to improve precast concrete by integrating ultra-strong, noncorrosive C-GRID® into the precast members during fabrication. By taking the place of steel reinforcement and conventional connectors, C-GRID delivers a multitude of benefits that makes factory-made precast concrete an even more intelligent choice for commercial building envelopes and parking structures.



High Performance Insulated Wall Panels

High Performance Insulated Wall Panels use C-GRID as a shear connector between the inner and outer wythes of concrete, delivering a panel with full composite action and continuous insulation.



Insulated Architectural Cladding

Insulated Architectural Cladding weighs up to 40% less than conventional precast wall panels to reduce a building’s carbon footprint. It’s the only exterior wall panel with continuous insulation to meet ASHRAE requirements.

Double Tees

Double Tees use non-corrosive C-GRID as a replacement for welded wire mesh in the flange, permitting a reduction in concrete cover by ½ inch, lowering the weight of double tees by 8% and providing outstanding crack control.
